The Virginia All Blacks were established in 2017 to promote inclusion for all through Tag Rugby.

We play Tag Rugby which is a non contact form of rugby, It's fun and exciting sport that encourages positive development of running, balance, handling skills and social skills by making new friends in a fun environment.

It is for males and females aged 6+ who have additional needs or a learning disability.

Last season, saw us take part in a number of events, the annual Portadown Panthers tag festival , IRFU & Wooden Spoon Tag Rugby Festival , Breffni Park, joint tag rugby training session led by Ulster Rugby with other local tag teams in our area and our fun day out on Lough Ramor hosted by Ramor Watersports Club, 3rd Cavan Virginia Scouts Group & The Lakeside Manor.

This season starts on the 7th of April and we train every second Sunday after that until the end of September.

We have our Junior All Blacks ( 6 yrs to 12 yrs) who will train at Ramor Astro Truf, Virginia from 10:00 till 11:00

Our senior All Blacks 13+ train at Ramor Astro Truf, Virginia from 11:15 till 12:15
we would like to take this opportunity to thank our friends at Ramor United for facilitating our training, it is greatly appreciated and shows great community spirit.

Quotes

" Our son has played tag rugby with the Virginia All Blacks inclusive team for a number of years. He has lots of fun and being involed has been a huge benefit for his physical strength, social skills & overall well-being. We are extremely lucky to have amazing coaches who dedicate their time to promote inclusivity in the club which is a huge benefit to all members whilst promoting clubs & volunteers to support participation of kids with disabilities in sport."
